Storms International Property Services has advised an Irish investment group (Ocean Capital Ltd.) on the sale of approximately 7,500 m2 of leisure at the Chasséveld 15 in Breda.
A private investor has bought the leisure, which is let to Basic Fit (approximately 1,940 m2) and Pathé (5,330 m2).
Earlier in 2021, the leases with both tenants were extended on a long-term basis and in line with the market.
A purchase price has not been disclosed by the parties. Thanks to Hans Staal of StSt Real Estate advisors, who concluded the transaction jointly on behalf of the seller and Huub Stroom and Clause Bunge of law firm Taylor Wessing Eindhoven for their legal support.
